An open-air evening screening at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity at Shaw Amphitheatre in Banff presents two films by Blackfoot documentarian Trevor Solway. Featuring Iikaiksimatsa'pao'p (2025, 13 min) and Siksikakowan: The Blackfoot Man (2025, 77 min), the program explores identity, land connection, Indigenous masculinity, and self-discovery within Siksika Nation communities. Both works offer an intimate, community-centered perspective blending personal storytelling and cultural reflection. This free public screening welcomes all audiences, with a cash bar available on site. In case of inclement weather, the event will move indoors to Max Bell Auditorium.
