The following posts and practices are prohibited by Gozeeit:

1. Illegal activities or ones that could be deemed or be suspected to be illegal
2. Posts that encourage sedition, treason, anti-government, anti-health activities including protests and riots
3. Obscene and offensive activities
4. House parties (this does not include family reunions; post-secondary fraternity or sorority activities; welcome week activities; or closed group activities such as retirements, birthdays, gender reveal, housewarmings, office get togethers, union/company family days, etc.). Intent is to prevent the dissemination of information on house parties open to the public that could get out of control, disrupt neighbors, or involve underage drinking or unsupervised activities with minors
5. Photos or videos involving nudity, mature, erotic, pornographic, swinging, prostitution, escort services, bestiality, other sexual behavior or ones that could be construed as such
6. Posts that include or promote racist, misogynistic, sexist, homophobic, or similar behavior
7. Any posts that encourage or exhibit discrimination or prejudice as defined by a government in the country in which this site is based or postings in countries with such rules. Just remember to be kind and this won`t be an issue.
8. Massage services can be head shots only. Massage services can only be posted by a Registered Massage Therapist with proof of insurance
9. Posting misleading information
10. Any activity that could be construed as to encourage hate speech or defamation
11. Any post that supports or could be seen to attempt to support an identified hate or terrorist group as defined by the national government in which the activity is posted
12. Activities that are run or attended by minors with no adult supervision
13. Activities that encourage underage drinking, substance abuse, the sale of illegal items, or lawbreaking
14. Activities, actions, or posts that could reasonably (using a reasonable person test) be expected to lead to violence, lawbreaking, or disruption of public services
15. Posts that encourage violence (excludes sporting events or training including marital arts training or matches)

For security reasons, posters must be at least 18 years old.

Posts that do not conform to policies will be deleted without refund. Additional attempts to post against the policies may result in an account suspension.

Posts that are questionable will see Gozeeit contact the poster for clarification. A lack of a response within 24 hours will deem the post automatically invalid. Posts can be reposted at no additional cost, if the poster provides suitable substantiation in the eyes of Gozeeit that the post is not questionable. Certain changes to questionable posts may be required by Gozeeit before a post can be reposted.

We may, at our discretion and without warning, remove posts that we think interfere with the Gozeeit community.

For security reasons, we discourage open posts that post activities that are exclusively for minors. We recommend these be close group posts only.

Duplicate ads in multiple categories are acceptable and encouraged.

The spirit of posting is that posts are open to the public for amusement and enjoyment for the community, visitors, and the micro communities within our larger community. With close post features, we encourage community groups to post their meetings, get togethers, and use this site as a means to communicate with the membership of the club or organization. Just be kind to others, and it will all be good.

If your post violates Gozeeit policies, it will be deleted without refund. If you retract or delete your post voluntarily after it is posted this is considered having purchased the service and no refunds will be issued. All fees for features, add-ons, etc. are nonrefundable. We will endeavor help individuals correct a posting that is created with errors, if requested, so as to avoid paying for unnecessary services. Any refunds are at our sole discretion.

From time-to-time we may enable comments. We reserve the right to mediate comments and delete them if deemed inappropriate by us. Comments cannot contain racist, sexist, discriminatory, illegal, vulgar, anti-religious, anti-government, and similar lines. Such comments will be deleted and users may be banned from the site. We reserve the right to delete comments without warning or compensation to a user.

All content on this site becomes copyrighted Gozeeit less photos. Photos used by posters remain the property of the poster but cannot be used by anyone except the poster or with their permission and by Gozeeit. Gozeeit reserves the right to use any posted information for promotional purposes or purposes with the intent of aiding Gozeeit including photos. Personal information (excludes websites entered into the system) such as email addresses or user credentials will not be used for promotional purposes. Gozeeit retains the right to promote any information that is seen by the public in open posts and use a generic form of it if used for closed posts.
