By using the site with or without an account, you agree to give us permission to access, store, and use your information as permitted by our privacy policy. If you think your account may have been compromised, contact us immediately through customer support. Payment data is not stored on our site, but with our third party suppliers. If your account is compromised, we encourage you to also contact your credit card company to protect yourself against fraud.

Using the Services. We encourage you to post things to do for others (and you) to enjoy. There are account options that limit those events to a select group (selected by you) or for all the world to see. “Posts” are small pieces of data that provide details on your event or an event you are wishing to view. Posts must be placed in the appropriate category and cannot:

• Violate the law in the country in which they are posted
• Be false, fake, or misleading
• Infringe on third party rights including trademarks and copyrighted works (e.g., copying an image for a post without permission)
• Distribute or contain spam, viruses, chain letters, pyramid schemes, malware, or language/images/video that is/are offensive, racist, sexist, obscene, pornographic, or vulgar. If you are questioning whether your post has this content, it is probably best to err on the side of caution and not post it.
• Be harmful to the interests of property owners, site users, or Gozeeit, its contractors, employees, or directors.
• Interfere with the proper working of the site (e.g., massive video uploads)
• Copy content to be used on other sites
• Distribute personal information found in one`s account information on this site or personal information that an individual does not wish to share publicly
• Use any scraper, spider, robot, skimming technology to harvest data from this site
• Use any scraper, spider, robot, skimming technology to harvest data from this site
• Encourage law breaking, property damage, or illegal activity
• Post anything sexual in nature or promote sexual activity including strip clubs, prostitution, swinging, orgies, or other such events or practices.

Users are encouraged to report any of the above terms of use violations. Violators may be sanctioned at our discretion. Illegal use of the site or involvement in illegal activity involving the site will be reported to authorities. We do not accept any liability or responsibility for monitoring or not monitoring these services. You as the user hold us harmless in the event these types of activities occur.

Damages resulting from the misuse of Gozeeit as a result of a posting are the responsibility of the event organizers. If a user has a negative experience as a result of participating in a good or service shown on Gozeeit, it is the sole responsibility of the event organizers to deal with that situation and those outcomes. For example, if an individual were injured at an event or property damaged, it is the organizer of that event who is responsible and must respond. If this is not the poster, then the poster is in no way liable as all they did was convey information for users to review. By using the site, posters who are in a position of responsibility accept the liability associated with their events. Posters are not responsible for the outcomes or damages from posting an event if they are not the event organizer unless a reasonable person would have well known that such a posting would have caused harm (e.g., posting a protest that would have a reasonable chance of turning violent, posting a house party for underage youth when no supervision is expected to be present, using the site to post illegal activities, etc.).

Site access is free. Many posts are free. We do charge fees (subject to change) for enhanced and premium services and for add-ons. Our fees are quoted in local currency and may change from time to time. You will see these changes when you post new material. Fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for paying them when requested, which is usually when requesting a specific service. If you are using a re-occurring charge or subscription, you are required to place a credit card on file for this automatic charge through our payment provider. Should your payment fail to be processed, your account may be temporarily suspended until your fees are paid. Should they not be paid within 60 days, we reserve the right to suspend your account, put your posts on hold, delete your account, and/or delete your posts.

Prices include taxes that are legally required to be collected, as applicable. You agree to provide accurate data/information to enable us to comply with legal obligations within the location either you or we operate.

You are responsible to collect taxes for goods or services rendered that are advertised on the site. This applies equally to advertisers and posters. You are also responsible to inform your potential customers regarding additional fees or taxes that apply to your post. For instance, if a value added tax of 14% will be added to the ticket price of an event, this must be communicated to your potential customers.

We receive fees for promoting and advertising events and other goods and services. This enables us to offer our services free of charge for basic users.

You agree not to copy, modify, or resell content from our site to other sites or applications without the written consent of Gozeeit. By posting content, you agree that said content carries with it no fees, royalties, trademark infringements, or copyright breaches in your country or a country hosting Gozeeit. Advertising of counterfeit goods or the use of branded trademarks without the written consent of the owners is prohibited. Gozeeit will not pay any royalties, fees, or licensing costs to posters to promote your post unless you pay for these services as per our agreements. Posters are free to use any trademarks, logos, etc. to which they hold the right of use, in their posts. We reserve the right to modify or remove content which is not in compliance with the spirit, requirements, or rules of Gozeeit or is deemed offensive by a reasonable person or illegal or prohibited by law. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights to the content in that post. If you observe a potential violation of intellectual property, contact customer service so we can investigate. We are not libel for any misuse of intellectual property, posters can be.

From time to time you may be asked to provide a voluntary review of the services you received from a poster or Gozeeit. Your review may be used publicly with your user name. Reviews should be left in good faith, truthful, free of abuse or harassment, accurate, spelled correctly, and free of attempts to mislead others. We reserve the right to remove reviews that appear to breach these conditions, may cause an unsafe event, contain profanity or offensive information/data/images, could be seen as or are threats, or contain illegal, racist, misogynist, sexist, or hurtful statements. The information can be communicated without these types of comments.

Services provided are “as is” and “as available.” As a posting service, we cannot guarantee the quality, legality, safety, timeliness, completeness, or accuracy of the offerings posted. Offerings will vary in quality and users or participants are to assess the quality and completeness of the offer themselves. You agree to not hold us responsible for the actions of posters or users. You agree also to not hold us responsible for the actions of payment processing providers such as Stripe. You are welcome to link an external payment processor account to your Gozeeit account, but are subject to that service provider`s policies.

Delays in responses to posters, delays or issues with or in telecommunications equipment, and issues with services of wireless data providers are outside of our control and can vary from user to user.

We are not liable for loss of any type including but not limited to: Money (including profits), goodwill, reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, even if you advise us or we could reasonably foresee the possibility of any such damage occurring. Since tickets for events and monetary commitments are outside the scope of this site and must be purchased through posters` sites or third party sites, Gozeeit cannot refund or take any responsibility for refunds, purchasing fees, or any other action involving the transaction of fees for goods or services.

Notwithstanding, if we are found to be liable for any actions, our liability to you or a third party (whether due to tort, contractual failures, cancellations, negligence, weather events, government intervention, war, acts of terrorism, strict liability in tort, laws, statutes, a government declaration of a state of emergency, or otherwise) is limited to the lesser of the total fees paid to us involving that post by you as a poster or user or $100. This amount is the total amount (sum) paid to one or more claimants regardless of the number of claims arising from one event or one post.

We encourage users to be wary of offers that appear too good to be true or are not available through legitimate or reputable vendors and also report abnormalities, suspected fraud, or fake content to us immediately.

These terms, conditions, and policies, supersede any former agreements. They are governed by the Province of Alberta Canada and the laws of Canada. Should a court strike down any of these terms, the rest remain in force. Notices can be mailed by registered mail to Gozeeit Inc. The computer code for any application related to Gozeeit.com is owned by Gozeeit Inc. Users are not authorized to modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, attempt to find source code, or alter the site, its application, or trademarked symbols or text. Gozeeit applications and web coding are prohibited from being exported to or used by anyone in a country subject to a United States embargo, US Department of the Treasury`s list of Specially Designated Nationals, the US Department of Commerce`s Denied Party or Entity List, prohibited persons or countries under US, UN, or Canadian export law or regulation.

These terms and conditions are between users (including posters) and Gozeeit not between device manufacturers. It is the responsibility of the owner of a piece of electronics to confirm that the application will work on their machine without damaging or altering it. Manufacturers of Android and Apple devices are not part of these terms and conditions and provide no warranty regarding the specifics of this application. Applications downloaded from Google, Apple, or other online stores are not vetted by these entities. Downloading of this application through an online store such as an Apple subsidiary or the Google Play Store gives the right to these entities to also enforce these terms and conditions. They are not liable for the use of the application. Users are responsible for the results of the use of the application, website, or program.
