A full-day inclusivity and allyship training workshop hosted by Wood Buffalo Pride at the Redpoll Centre in Fort McMurray. This Rainbow Space Individual Certification session is designed for community members, educators, and professionals who want to deepen their understanding of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and develop practical tools for creating safer, more inclusive environments. The program walks participants through structured learning modules, covering identity, language, allyship in practice, and equity-focused leadership. The day is split into interactive sessions, including a morning workshop, a lunch break, and an afternoon continuation with an assessment at the end.
