CALM+ (Career and Life Management Plus) is a reimagined summer learning program in Red Deer designed for high school students who want a practical, hands-on approach to career and life skills. Hosted by Ever Active Schools in partnership with Fusion Collegiate, this program blends education with real-world experience, focusing on employability, personal development, and future readiness. Participants can earn up to 7 high school credits along with 3 industry-recognized certifications through a two-week experiential learning format. The program emphasizes interactive learning through field trips, applied activities, and skill-building sessions that make career education more engaging and relevant.
