A hands-on career exploration experience hosted by Skills Ontario in partnership with Linamar, this all-girls summer camp introduces participants to the world of skilled trades and technology at the Frank Hasenfratz Centre for Excellence in Manufacturing on Mon, 10 Aug 2026. Designed for students entering Grades 7–9, the full-day camp offers an interactive introduction to industrial, construction, motive power, services, and tech sectors. Through engaging activities, games, and practical demonstrations, campers gain early exposure to real-world career pathways while building essential hands-on skills. The program is part of a province-wide initiative to encourage youth—especially girls—to explore future opportunities in trades and innovation.
