Participants will begin by preparing seasonal strawberry varenyky, delicate dumplings paired with candied beets, creamy tvorog, and fresh mint for a vibrant summer-inspired starter. The class continues with the iconic chicken Kyiv, where guests learn to prepare tender chicken breast wrapped around herb butter, breaded, and cooked to golden perfection, accompanied by traditional vinaigrette potato salad.
