Calling all aspiring filmmakers! Spend an exciting week behind the camera at the Toronto Film School Summer Filmmaking Academy for Teens, where creativity meets hands-on learning. Guided by experienced industry professionals, participants will explore every stage of the filmmaking process—from developing an idea and writing a script to planning, filming, and editing a completed short film. Students will rotate through key production roles, collaborate with fellow young creators, and gain practical experience while building a portfolio-worthy project. This intensive academy offers a real taste of Toronto Film School's industry-focused Film Production Diploma Program. Open to students entering Grades 11 or 12 who will be 17 or younger by the end of the academy.
