Wrapped in Rope: Tying The Hip Harness explores rope-tying techniques focused on creating a hip harness using structured, anatomy-informed methods. Led by instructor Tiger, the workshop builds on foundational skills such as rope handling, reverse tension, half hitches, and munter hitches. Participants may attend solo or with a partner, with pairing support available on site. A prerequisite of Rope 101 or equivalent experience is required, with optional online modules available for beginners seeking preparation. The session runs from 3:00–5:00pm with guided instruction and hands-on practice, followed by an optional live rope demonstration/performance from 5:15–6:00pm. The environment is described as low-pressure and educational, focusing on safety, communication, and skill development in rope techniques.
