Science Rendezvous is a hands-on community science festival bringing interactive learning experiences out of the lab and directly into the public space at Hazel McCallion Central Library in Mississauga. Under the exciting 2026 theme “IGNITE!”, this free event invites families, students, and curious minds of all ages to explore science through engaging, interactive booths and live demonstrations. Organized in collaboration with scientists from the University of Toronto–Mississauga, Indus Space, Mississauga Library, and Let’s Talk Science, the event showcases a wide variety of STEM-focused activities designed to inspire curiosity and discovery.
