The Calgary Ukrainian Festival takes place June 6–7, 2026 at the Acadia Recreation Complex, celebrating the rich cultural heritage, traditions, and community spirit of Ukraine in Calgary. This family-friendly festival offers an immersive experience filled with authentic Ukrainian food, traditional arts and crafts, cultural performances, and live entertainment throughout the weekend. Visitors can enjoy homemade dishes, Ukrainian beer and vodka, live music, dance performances, and interactive cultural demonstrations that highlight centuries of heritage and tradition. The festival also includes kids’ activities, making it an inclusive event for all ages, along with a vibrant “zabava” celebration included with admission.
